My posts are not a way of trying to be metaphorical or deep, because im not. Its a way to vent and try and express some emotion when I need to do so without judgement. The photos just strike me in some way.

There is a beautiful second-hand book store
It has piles of books everywhere.
You can not see the man who owns it as he is hidden behind a few towers of old books
I love the smell of old books, I don’t know why I do, they just smell good
I want to spend a day just sitting there, reading amongst all the books and forget my own problems and emerce myself in a (good) authors ability to relate to complete strangers or take them away to a place they would struggle to imagine for themselves
I realised something today, when I read a good book, it is unlike movies or music because it doesnt force me to think about my problems and to relate them to what is being depicted through lyrics or images. I am taken completely away, it makes me happy, even if only for a little while.
